Solar module diagnosis system

We optimize the PV power generation efficiency by analyzing accurate and objective data on the causes that lower
the efficiency of the module (hot spot, micro crack, bypass diode et al) through specialized equipment. It is difficult to identify the hot spot,
micro crack et al which lower the efficiency of the module with the naked eye.

We collect and analyze accurate and objective data using specialized equipment.

How it works

The diagnosis is conducted with the reverse current method using the luminescence effect which is a feature of the PV cell¡¯s light-emitting diode.

This is a robot system which can clean and diagnose the 1MW-level power plant (panel area: 6,000m2) within 8 hours,
and a set of this system is composed of the main robot and 4 cleaning robots.
It is a practical and highly economical robot which a private person or a maintenance company can use easily by dividing supply and labor

Quick cleaning speed

- Capable of cleaning the panel array of 50 meters or longer at a speed of 720m2 per hour with the platform structure
of moving while cleaning the whole PV panel arrays at once

Stability of system operation

- The system is supported by a roller attached to the platform at the upper and lower ends of the panel array and moves while working.
The risk of a panel surface damage or platform fall is removed as the system is not influenced by the panel installation angle or the weather such as rain, wind et al.
